| Product Features | Own a piece of late-’80s Escada history with this vintage Escada by Margaretha Ley trench coat, crafted in Germany during the brand’s golden era (c.1989–1990). Designed with Escada’s signature mix of luxury and practicality, it features a satin “Escada Margaretha Ley” label (1987–1992), water-resistant cotton/nylon/poly shell, gold-tone Prym snaps, heavy Swiss RIRI zipper, and a distinctive beige/blue plaid lining documented in Escada’s 1989–90 collections. Mid-length trench silhouette with storm placket, angled and flap pockets, and adjustable cuffs. Excellent vintage condition with minimal wear (detachable hood missing; price reflects this). Produced at the height of Escada’s international success under Margaretha Ley, pieces from this era are prized for craftsmanship and timeless style. More than outerwear—this is a piece of European fashion history.
